Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been dispatched from our fulfillment center. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after receiving the product.

2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please email our support team at contact@shineora.in with your Order ID and cancellation request in the subject line. Alternatively, you can use the "Contact Support" button on your account page.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders that are canceled successfully within the 24-hour window, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.

4. Shineora Initiated Cancellations

Shineora reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances such as:

  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
  • Non-serviceable shipping locations.

5. Modifications

If you wish to modify an order (change a shipping address, add or remove items), please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
