We want you to love your Shineora jewellery. If it isn't a perfect match, our easy 7-day return policy has you covered.
Eligible for Return
- • Requested within 7 days of delivery
- • Unworn and in original condition
- • All original tags must be attached
- • Returned in original Shineora packaging
Not Eligible
- • Pierced earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- • Custom or personalized jewellery pieces
- • Items bought during clearance sales
- • Items showing signs of wear or damage
How To Return
Initiate Request
Email our concierge at care@shineora.in or use the Contact form within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and reason for return.
Pack Safely
Ensure the jewellery is packed securely in its original Shineora box with all tags and invoice intact to prevent damage during transit.
Courier Pickup
We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 24-48 hours. Hand over the package to our logistics partner.
Quality Check & Refund
Once received at our studio, we will perform a quick quality check and initiate your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Processing
For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded directly to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5-7 business days after the quality check is passed. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to process the transfer.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
